Our Founder: Rajesh Bahal

Rajesh Bahal has more than 40 + years of corporate experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry by serving at various capacities for many renowned companies like Ranbaxy, Cipla, Zydus, USV, IPCA, Wanbury to name a few and has held key roles in marketing & sales, business development, strategic management and project management.

Academic Credentials and Certifications:

Academic credentials include Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Kirori mal College Delhi University and postgraduation in Marketing from Jamnalal Institute of management studies. He is visiting faculty in various management institutes in Mumbai and NCR. He is a certified coach of PI worldwide (Productive Index), has completed Management by Results (MBR), Manager Analytics (MA)certification.

He has attended many Managerial Skill Development programs such as Winning edge Program of Jack Canfield, Managerial Skills Development program by Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad

Pharma Remedy is my brain child and has been devised after 40+ years of my seasoned industry experience. We are living through a workplace revolution. A period of rapid change, business disruption and uncertainty that’s transforming the way we work.

I am proud to state that right from the inception of Pharma Remedy; more than 50+ people are associated with it from product management, medical, training & HR to take care of varying needs of customer and to delivering the best solution to the customer. All my team members have 15+ years of experience of pharmaceutical industry in their respective fields & they have worked with leading Indian and international companies.

During the journey of 40+ years in Pharma Industry, I have worked in various capacities and handled various therapeutic segments, led team size as big as 2500 + people. I have developed multiple training modules for pharma professionals from various departments and have trained more than 5000 plus pharma managers in various aspects and challenges faced by industry professional which has helped them to grow in their career.

After 40 years in the industry, I want to give back to the industry whatever I have learned from it. Presently I am in a mentoring role, I firmly believe in the importance of knowledge sharing and mentoring as a means to foster growth, innovation, and excellence within an organization. As a mentor, I am committed to providing guidance, support, and advice to team members of my clients, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and insights needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the continued success of their organization.
